Conviction of Police Officer in Juba
A Joint Special Emergency Court for Organized Forces recently convicted Police Captain Richard Ruai Kuol of assaulting a civilian in Juba. The court sentenced him to six months in prison and imposed a fine of SSP 5 million. Additionally, Captain Kuol has the right to appeal the judgment.
