THE AFRICA TIMES | KENYA — Deputy President Prof. Kithure Kindiki inaugurated a new land registry in Kithimani, Yatta Sub-county, on Wednesday. This significant development aims to enhance land service delivery for the residents of Masinga, Yatta, and Mwala Sub-counties in Machakos County.
Improvement in Land Service Access
Historically, residents of Yatta and Masinga have traveled to Machakos Town for land transactions. The establishment of the new registry is expected to streamline land administration, thereby bringing services closer to the populace.
