The Public Service Commission (PSC) has established a five-year Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the National Council for Persons with Disabilities (NCPWD), CBM Christian Blind Mission Kenya, and Light for the World Kenya (LFTW). This agreement aims to enhance the mainstreaming of disability within the public service.
Framework for Inclusivity
Effective from 22nd May 2026 and renewable by mutual consent, the MOU sets a framework for promoting inclusivity, accessibility, and adherence to disability rights within Kenya’s public sector.
During the signing ceremony at the PSC Headquarters, Chairperson Francis Meja acknowledged the contributions of various stakeholders. He emphasized the PSC’s commitment to fostering inclusivity across all its operations.
