Haiti, El Salvador, and the DRC also received deportees. These nations are struggling with poverty and unrest. They also possess fragile justice systems. Rwanda recently signed an agreement with the United States. This agreement follows Eswatini’s similar move. Rwanda will receive deported illegal migrants. The deal has attracted significant global attention. UN Concerns The UN Human Rights High Commissioner, Volker Türk, has expressed concern. His concern involves the mass deportations from the United States. He is particularly worried about deportations to third countries. Türk stated the situation raises severe concerns.
