THE AFRICA TIMES | KENYA — Rustlers in Marsabit, Isiolo, and Samburu counties have been issued a five-day ultimatum to return livestock stolen during recent raids. Failure to comply will result in forceful recovery of the animals.

This ultimatum was announced during a meeting involving elders, peace committees, security officers, and local administrators at Archers Post. The meeting was chaired by County Commissioners Stanley Kamande (Marsabit), Mwachaunga Chaunga (Isiolo), and Paul Keter (Samburu).
