Egypt is prepared to share its development expertise and provide technical support to Mozambique, as the two nations seek to enhance bilateral cooperation. This declaration was made by Foreign Minister Badr Abdelatty during a press conference on Monday.
### Strengthening Bilateral Ties
At the joint press conference with Mozambican Foreign Minister Maria Lucas, Abdelatty emphasized that Egyptian companies are well-positioned to aid Mozambique’s sustainable development agenda. These companies have played a significant role in Egypt’s infrastructure and development projects.
Abdelatty noted that Lucas’s visit aligns with the celebration of the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Egypt and Mozambique. He characterized the relationship as one grounded in mutual trust and underscored Egypt’s historical support for African liberation movements.
