Government Initiative to Expand Veterinary Services

This initiative aims to unlock the full potential of the livestock sector and stimulate economic growth, as noted by the Minister of Livestock and Fisheries, Onyoti Adigo Nyikwec.
Importance of Animal Health
During a two-day national dialogue focused on rangelands, pastoralism, and wildlife conservation in Juba, Adigo emphasized that improving animal health is vital. Enhanced animal health can lead to increased livestock productivity, food security, and better access to both domestic and regional markets.
