In a speech delivered by Dr. Esther Muoria, Principal Secretary in the State Department for Technical and Vocational Education and Training, Ogamba emphasized the transition towards Competency-Based Education and Competency-Based Training. This shift aims to equip learners with practical skills applicable in both society and the economy.
