In a recent incident, three individuals lost their lives during a violent cattle raid in Lol-Ariath village, located in Turalei Payam, Twic County of Warrap State. Authorities confirmed the fatalities on Tuesday.
Details of the Incident
Joseph Kuot Wol, the Acting Executive Director in the Commissioner’s Office, reported that the attack occurred around midnight on Sunday, June 21, 2026, in an area known as Toich. Armed raiders overwhelmed the herders guarding the cattle, seizing a significant number of livestock.
