During the closing ceremony of a workshop at the Centre for Mathematics, Science and Technology Education in Africa (CEMASTEA) in Nairobi, Prof. Xiao Huang, Dean of the Joint Education Institute of Zhejiang-Normal University (ZJNU) and the University of Kansas Institute for China-Africa, discussed the program’s aim.
